About Allison Keck

In her capacity as graduate student teacher, Allison Keck instructs seventh-grade English students at Hunt Middle School, a part of the Frisco Independent School District of Frisco, Texas. Before that, she helped Isbell Elementary School fifth-graders with their history and English lessons. Allison Keck accepted the above two roles as part of the MS in curriculum and instruction program at Texas A&M University, from which she expects to graduate in the spring of 2015.

Before pursuing her master’s degree, Allison Keck enrolled at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, where she secured her bachelor of journalism in advertising. As an undergraduate, she seized the opportunity to study in Oxford, England, over the summer. While there, she completed an international economics program.

Besides her time England, Keck has visited such regions as Eastern and Western Europe, China, Japan, and many others. Her travels permitted her to develop a deep appreciation for the world’s diverse cultures.
